My Magical World (2023)
Best friends from childhood Babek and Sahil lead a wedding band in rural Azerbaijan and dream of appearing on the TV show "Baki Star". But when Babek and his girlfriend Zarif go missing, dreams are upended, loyalties are tested, and the band’s world unravels in tragicomic ways.

EURONEWS TV Channel
We are a representative of Euronews TV (www.euronews.com), a major European news channel. We have produced every piece filmed in Azerbaijan since 2010, including reports, corporate profiles, and cultural pieces in multiple languages, including yearly segments on BakuTel Exhibition, Gabala Music Festival, World Forum on Intercultural Dialogue, Baku Jazz Festival, Novruz in Baku. Provided daily news coverage of the 2020 war between Azerbaijan and Armenia.
Discovery Science. Mysteries of the Abandoned
In October 2021 Cinex advised on the creative and shot the full episode of the world renowned TV show featuring the destroyed city of Agdam.

Short series featuring women football players.
ARTE TV Channel. Azerbaidjan: L'autre Douleur
Cinex provided creative input, access and logistics for a documentary about the consequences of the second Karabakh war between Azerbaijan and Armenia.
LaCo Media Productions (Israel), The Tricksters, TV series.
Cinex has provided permissions, crew, equipment, logistics, as well as the uninterrupted shooting experience for the full episode of the famous Israeli TV series.
Al Jazeera Channel. Al Mosafer (The Traveler) travel series.
In summer 2019 Cinex has provided creative input, production support, crew and equipment for the shooting of four episodes of the acclaimed travel show.
National Geographic Channel. Hidden Cities Revealed: Baku episode
In February 2017 Cinex has provided permissions, crew, equipment, logistics, as well as the uninterrupted shooting experience for the NatGeo team in this first episode of the series.
First European Games - Baku 2015
During 2014-15 we have produced 10 eight minute films about Azerbaijan for Internation Sports Broadcast (ISB) company, host broadcaster of the European Games. Films have been distributed to 120 TV channels internationally. We have also performed air conditioning, heating, ventilation, cold and hot water supply, sewage, firefighting systems, electrical works and boiler house installation works at the Baku Aquatics Arena site.
Eurovision Song Contest 2012 - Baku, Azerbaijan: 42 video postcards
Cinex Azerbaijan Film Production was chosen by Brainpool TV (www.brainpool.de) to produce a series of high-end visual post cards which aired during the Eurovision 2012 Song Contest (www.eurovision.tv). The Contest has been broadcast every year since its inauguration in 1956 and is one of the longest-running television programs in the world. It is also one of the most watched non-sporting events in the world, with audience figures having been quoted in recent years as anything between 100 million and 600 million internationally.

Nine-time Emmy Award Winner for Best Reality Show, produced by the renowned Bertram van Munster and the legendary Jerry Bruckheimer. The Amazing Race (http://www.cbs.com/shows/amazing_race/)
is the most complex reality show on the air today, with numerous camera-crews following teams of contestants 24/7, as they execute demanding physical and mental challenges in all-weather conditions in some of the most remote and exotic locations around the world. CINEX Azerbaijan Film Production advised on the creative and provided all the organizational, logistical, customs, and administrative support, set decoration, as well as unrestricted permission to shoot anywhere in Azerbaijan.
Discovery Science Channel. Build it Bigger (Extreme Engineering): Azerbaijan's Amazing Transformation
In December 2010 CINEX Azerbaijan Film Production co-produced the "Build it Bigger: Azerbaijan's Amazing Transformations" show which aired in April 2011 on Discovery Science Channel (http://www.sciencechannel.com/tv-shows/build-it-bigger/). The Discovery team spent 14 days in Baku and filmed Heydar Aliyev Center, Flame Towers buildings as well as the seaside promenade, the Old City, Bibi Heybat oil production fields and all around Baku. We provided uninterrupted shooting experience, access to all locations, transportation and arranged interviews for their team.
VPRO Channel. Metropolis Program
The editorial team of Metropolis is based at VPROTV in The Netherlands. VPRO is a Dutch public broadcast organization with a longstanding documentary tradition. Many of their prize winning productions have been aired at festivals world wide

Centenarians of Azerbaijan (2010)

High in the mountains of Azerbaijan live a people celebrated for their longevity. What is their secret? Centenarians is a year-in-the-life portrait of a remote community of elders in Azerbaijan that have to face modernity and the ramifications of a the rapidly changing world around them. Three families let us into their lives with the four seasons as a backdrop - with a contentious birth, an unexpected death, and a colorful village wedding we bear witness to a vanishing community and way-of-life.
ANAMA (2010-2011)
A series of short videos, and a longer promotional film detailing the work of ANAMA, the Azerbaijan Agency for Mine Action, including de-mining, mine victim assistance, and mine risk education.
NATO TV (2011)
Worked with NATO TV to produce a video about the completion of the Saloglu Project – a vast territory for years contaminated by land-mines and dangerous corroding explosives.
Yvonne's Letters (2013)
The extraordinary story of a French woman who married an Azeri soldier during WWII and came to live in a remote village in Azerbaijan. For 65 years she tried to go back home and was faced with insurmountable obstacles. Finally, after a chance encounter with a journalist she once again hopes to realize her dream.
I want to fly (2014)
Kamal has a dream — he wants to fly, but many say paragliding is an impossible dream for a man in a wheelchair. Can he prove that nothing is impossible? Produced with the Ministry of Culture of Azerbaijan. Short film appearing in 25 festivals around the world.
Road to Baku (2015)
A series of 10 documentary shorts, and 70 min feature, about the history, culture, and traditions of Azerbaijan, in the lead-up to the 2015 Baku European Games. Produced with Manolo Romero of International Sports Broadcasting (ISB). Broadcast on 120 channels.
Cinderella Syndrome (2019)
A feature documentary about a group of teens with Downs Syndrome putting on a musical in Moscow.
We Are Russia (2020)
Documentary that follows young Russian activists who support Alexei Navalny in the run-up to Russia’s Presidential Elections. World Premiere at Visions du Reel, North American premiere at DOCNYC.
